We had the opportunity to create this delicious 224-page gym, working with photographer Patricia Niven and Hardie Grant Publishing on a 6-day shoot.
Throughout the book, we have lots of graphic visual clues to support different levels of content and make it’s easy to digest the recipe information. With thorough advice on beer-types and flavour notes to beer and cheese pairing plus a helpful guide to tools and equipment and store cupboard essentials, The Beer Kitchen is a new, scientific and exciting approach to food that will change the way you cook and what you drink with it.
